Ingredients:
2 Tsp olive oil
4-4 oz chicken breast
1/4 tsp each salt and fresh black pepper
1/2 cup quinoa
1 cup mix greens
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 avocado
Directions:
Grill chicken salad with avocado, quinoa and sugar snap pea.
Combine 2 tbsp olive oil, sea salt and black pepper in a dish.
Place chicken breast in dish and rub oil on both sides to coat.
Place in oven for 20-25 mins
Cook quinoa according to instruction
In a bowl Add mix greens 1/2 avocado and sugar snap peas.
